Housing more than 72,discount apple imac,000 pairs of shoes in stock, the new space designed by Belgian architect Vincent van Duysen is heavily inspired by the concept of residential interiors, and will be overseen by footwear retailer Kurt Geiger, who is working with Selfridges on the department’s edit of casual and luxury shoes.






The retail space, which has doubled in size, also features a made-to-order shoe salon,discount apple iphone, bespoke brand boutiques, and a dedicated space for pop-up shops, to host exclusive collaborations, customisation services, trunk shows, and unique retail initiatives such as ‘Buy From The Runway’. One of the first designers set to take advantage of the new set-up is Christian Louboutin, who in February will house his men’s collection in a dedicated boutique.





Comparison shopping or ability to compare prices was (and to a large extent continues to be) one of the greatest innovations since the advent of internet shopping. Why? Because it put shoppers in control of the single most important shopping insight - ability to find the best price. But, they are constantly losing their clout with advent of new technologies and pressure from players like Google and Amazon. Here are some of the factors that are taking away CSE traffic:

The second generation CSEs are fairing much better and continue to grow at the expense of their older counterparts. Commenting on the new space, David Walker-Smith, director of menswear at Selfridges, said: “The new space is one of the cornerstones of our Menswear Masterplan the ongoing development of men’s fashion at Selfridges.Our chief consideration when curating the space has been the idea of shopping by category. This is something we've observed our male clients doing more and more, so it feels like a natural progression to build the department around accommodating that shopping pattern.



Amazon marketplace - This may come in as a surprise since we are talking about comparison shopping. But, Amazon Product Ads drives more than 4% of CSE traffic and it is growing at a good pace,Buy samsung LED TV. For most categories, traffic from Amazon is very high quality with high conversion rates.



Ability to comparison shop on online retail sites - This is slowly becoming the new hygiene factor for online retail sites. Most of the big retailers already offer this feature. It is not difficult to discover that almost all prices from competitor sites are either higher or within 98% of the price listed on the site offering this feature.
