Comparison shopping engines are product marketing websites, that display product from different online retailers in one huge list. Potential customers can come to CSEs to find products, compare pricing, and find a huge amount of retailers providing these products.

Created by award-winning advertising agency Quiet Storm, the advert has been designed to showcase the retailer’s affordable trend-led fashion, while changing people’s perception of the brand in a “fun,buy apple macbook, energetic way” from a discount clothing store to a fashion-focused value retailer in the run-up to Christmas.






This means that when a shopper clicks through to your website from a search result in a CSE, you have to pay a fee to that particular CSE. Some comparison shopping engines charge on a CPA basis (Cost Per Action), which means you pay only if the click, results in a sale. Other CSEs charge you on a CPC (Cost Per Click) basis.



As comparison shopping engines are becoming more and more popular, it is important that internet marketers take advantage in using them to increase their sales.
